Our team will first assess your case over the phone to find out if we can take on the assignment. This is our free first assessment where you as the client decide whether you want to proceed with your case. If you choose to entrust your case to Oyal Juridik, we begin the formal processn by starting an advisory meeting and then explaining the steps forward.


Our way of working

The first step is always to investigate your case and assess whether there are conditions for getting your case financed through legal aid. We then contact your employer and register as your legal representative. You can now sit back as we handle the communication with your employer. We include our clients in all communication and all steps of the process.
